Roasted Seitan or Gluten Free Tofu – Slices of homemade seitan or gluten-free tofu smothered in sage mushroom gravy.

Strawberry Arugula Salad – Shallot Balsamic Vinaigrette and Caramelized Pecans

Smashed Purple Potatoes with Parsley

Roasted Beets – Red Onion, Capers, Dill, and Cashew Cream

Hummingbird Cupcakes (available GF) – Southern Cake made with Bananas, Pineapple, Coconut and Nuts, frosted with Vegan Cream Cheese and Toasted Coconut. Topped with Fresh Edible Flowers.

Kale and Artichoke Dip – Baguette Points or GF Crackers ($8 per person)

Roasted Tomato Bruschetta – with Baguette Points ($6 per person)

Kids’ White Chocolate Coconut Nests with Baby Chicks (GF) ($5 per person)

*Order must be in and paid for by April 1. Cash or credit accepted.

*Order is not cleared until payment is processed. If order is cancelled later than April 10th, customer will receive 50% of their payment back. If order is cancelled prior to April 10th, customer will receive 80% of their payment back.



Pick up will be on SATURDAY, APRIL 15, either at the parking lot of BAYVIEW OUTPOST from 10 am-11 am, or the parking lot of the CAPITAL DRIVE OUTPOST from  1pm-2pm. Personal delivery on Saturday afternoon within the Milwaukee area is also an option for an additional $20.
